Who is Steven Koveleski?

Steven Kovoleski is a friend, a visionary and a local Columbus artist of Haitian decent that has been kind enough to display his artwork exclusively at Aubergine Private Dining Club. He creates beautiful, emotional and provocative works of art that pay homage to his very famous distant relative, renowned artist and rumored lover of Andy Warhol, Jean-Michel Basquiat. After selling a piece of art in New York, Steven was recognized by one of the organizers of Art Basel-Miami, and was subsequently invited to participate as a nominee for 2021's Best New Artist of the Year!

The Silent Auction

We need your help to bring our dreams to life and to share our dreams with our community! We will be hosting a silent auction that will run both nights and will have a few very special surprises coming from our featured artist Steven Koveleski. Steven will be introducing 2 brand new paintings, never seen by the public before, and one of those will be auctioned off to raise money for Aubergine and it's projects as well as our community initiatives. Absentee bids will be allowed and the auction will run from February 15th through February 26th. On February 15th an email will be sent with the auction items, the costs and the instructions to bid on them.

The Goal

Our goal for the silent auction is to raise $45,000 and 20% of the overall money raised will be used to establish and grow our community outreach program in which Steven and Aubergine will partner to teach kids that need a hand in life how to work in restaurants and how to make amazing works of art. Those that successfully complete the program for restaurants will then have an opportunity to work here at Aubergine or a number of other restaurants in our network. We want them to see opportunity and hope in this crazy world and we have the power to deliver that to them because we have YOUR support.
