There is no menu by design, and the reservation only dinners are curated specifically for the members and their guests with an attention to detail rarely evidenced in the restaurant world. Aubergines stunning dining room boasts a staggering collection of rare whiskies and wines that are complemented by what can only be described as an art gallery. The walls and shelves are graced with artwork ranging from local artists Marja Winkler and Steven Koveleski as well as internationally recognized artists: Joan Miro and Dale Chihuly.
